Revisions:

Should you find any aspect of the design not meeting your expectations, we are dedicated to diligently working on revisions until it aligns perfectly with your vision.

Refund Process:

If, despite our best efforts, you remain unsatisfied, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy for the unused portion of your subscribed period. This ensures that your happiness remains at the forefront of our commitment.

For example, if you've subscribed for 30 days and decide to cancel after 15 days, you will only be charged for the days we actively worked on your project. The calculation for this will be based on $145 per day for the Standard Package and $215 for the Premium Package.

Order Cancellation:

If you have placed an order and subsequently changed your mind or encountered unforeseen circumstances, we understand. For such cases, we offer a refund of 85% of your payment, with the remaining 15% retained as a processing fee.

Conditions for Refund:

It is important to note that this refund policy is applicable only if our services have not been utilized. If any of our services have been utilized, the cost of those services will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If such a user tries to resubscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their contract without a refund or prior notice and block their IP address.
